My professional roots go back even further—starting in the construction industry, where for 25 years I managed residential and commercial building projects from the ground up. That hands‑on foundation gave me a deep understanding of how properties are built, how they function, and what truly drives value.

Over time, I transitioned into real estate sales and appraisal, eventually becoming both a Real Estate Broker and FHA‑Certified Appraiser.
